Why have I never heard of BETA?

BETA, or Brand Experience & Tourism Association, is our new name for the Guest Relations Association!

What happened to the Guest Relations Association?

After the initial impacts of the pandemic on our industry, the Guest Relations Association lost many of our members. Yet, those remaining felt passionate about the impacts the GRA had always had on our industry and the relationship we have built with our members. We needed to strategize a way to rebuild. Our Board of Directors met in April 2023 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee to strategize a way to rebuild and come back stronger. The result was a new name, a stronger commitment to networking, a focus on industry specific knowledge and a new, refreshed look!

How much does it cost to become a member?

Primary Member - $500 Yearly Membership Fee

Non-Profit/Small Business Discount (25%) - $375 Yearly Membership Fee

Vendor - $1000 Yearly Membership Fee

Tell me more about your annual conference?

Our annual conference is a chance for all of members to gather in-person in a chosen destination, where together we experience tourism offerings exclusive to the area. This time allows for benchmarking, learning, and networking amongst our members and like-businesses within a popular tourist destination.
