We connect experiential tourism professionals in a network that provides the resources they need to create meaningful and long-term guest relationships with their brands and organizations.

But what does that mean? 

The Brand & Experience Tourism Association consists of companies and corporations across all industries that host customers or visitors through a unique experience in the form of a tour (public or private), learning experience, tasting, retail shop or factory/visitor center.

Previously know as the Guest Relations Association, our organization has been successful in maintaining our mission for over 65 years; to build a network of industry professionals to better our businesses and the experiences we offer our guests.

In today’s rapidly evolving tourism industry, guests want beyond just mere sightseeing. Our visitors want more! Our guests are craving experiential adventures where they can taste, touch, smell and learn as they immersive themselves in our businesses and brands.  Just as the industry has evolved, so has our organization. Beyond just tour operations, our newly branded organization welcomes all tourism and brand businesses that offer an experience to their guests. This includes a learning experience at your local museum, to a tasting at a distillery or a factory tour at a manufacturing facility of your favorite brand!

We hope to expand our membership to build a strong and diverse community of tourism & brand experience professionals who can share best practices, learn from one another and work towards building exceptional guest experiences for our businesses and brands.
